All visits are at least 30 to 60 minutes to ensure that we are able to get to know you as a person and work with you to provide a treatment plan that works with your life while improving your health.
We follow the Direct Primary Care Model so that we can provide quality care at maximum affordability. As a DPC we do not accept insurance for our services but you can still use insurance for medications, imaging and labs. However, you may be surprised to find that cash-pay prices are lower than insurance prices in many cases! Pay-per-visit
$65 for acute care visits (minor wounds, rashes, cold/flu/strep, etc). Additional fees may apply if testing is done or a procedure is needed (we will consult with you before performing any testing or procedures regarding prices).

$50 for one-time body composition scan

Individual Membership
$60 per month/member
Includes all services listed above, priority scheduling, unlimited provider visits, and access to provider through text and phone call, flexible visit options such as tele-health (phone or video visits) or even visits in the comfort of your own home.* We also offer affordable, transparent cash prices for labs and imaging and access to virtual specialists to save you time and money on referrals as well as free body composition scans with a wellness plan personalized to you.

Multiple Individual Membership
$65-$165+ per month
Access to postpartum healthcare and support is often overlooked in the current healthcare system. We believe that prioritizing access to comprehensive care during this critical period leads to significantly improved outcomes to both mother and baby. We offer all the benefits of an individual membership to mom and baby (through 12 months old) for $65 per month plus extended radius of 10 miles from office location for home visits.
Family memberships (3 members) are also available for $160 per month ($10 per additional member) with all the benefits of an individual membership.
Weight Management Membership
$35 per month
Perfect for people who have a primary care provider and are just looking for support in weight loss or weight management. This option includes monthly body composition scans along with personalized plans including diet, exercise and medication/supplement recommendations.
We do not dispense compounded GLP-1 medications in-office but we can work with your insurance company and/or your finances to find medication options for you.
*Unfortunately due to federal regulations we are unable to accept patients on Medicaid
*We do not offer care to patients 65+ at this time due to Medicare regulations
*We do not carry ANY controlled substances or opioids/narcotics in our office
